- 2 garlic cloves,

- olive oil,

- broth,

- 3 large tomatoes,

- parsley, thyme,

- 50 ml of white dry wine,

- spices (salt, pepper, hot pepper)


A method of preparing:

Heat up the oil on frying pan and fry the chopped garlic. Add a mixture of vegetables and simmer under cover for about 10 minutes on low heat. In the meantime, prepare the broth (1 cube to 0.5 liters of water) and pour it over the vegetables. Then add fish and chopped tomatoes (without skin), chopped parsley and thyme. Cook for about 20 minutes, stir from time to time. 10 minutes before the end of cooking add seafood, wine and season depend your taste preferences.

Serve with baguette or croutons.
