Skinless formed fish fillets from cod fish* 65%, breading 35% (wheat flour, rapeseed oil, water, salt, yeast, paprika extract). Product may contain milk and products thereof (including lactose). * Species of cod fish classified according to the following letter of code, placed next to the lot number:
A- Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua) – caught in sea, fishing gear: trawls, fishing area: FAO 27 II a 2 (North-East Atlantic Ocean, Norwegian Sea) or FAO 21 (North-West Atlantic Ocean);
B- Pacific cod (Gadus macrocephalus) caught in sea, fishing gear: trawls, fishing area: FAO 61 (North-West Pacific Ocean) or FAO 67 (North-East Pacific Ocean);
C – Saithe (Pollachius virens) – fishing gear: trawls, fishing area: FAO 27 V a, b (Atlantic Ocean, Iceland and Faroe Islands Sea).
The product contains fish, wheat gluten, milk and derived products (including lactose).
FRYING PAN:
Fry the frozen product in hot oil, approx. 6-8 minutes, both sides.
DEEP FRYER:
Fry the frozen product, approx. 6-7 minutes at 170 °C.
OVEN:
Preheat oven to 220 °C. Place the frozen product on bakery paper and bake approx. 12-15 minutes.
