A- Alaska pollock (Gadus chalcogrammus) – caught in sea, fishing gear: trawls, fishing area: FAO 61 (North-West Pacific Ocean) or FAO 67 (North-East Pacific Ocean);
B- South Pacific hake (Merluccius gayi) – caught in sea, fishing gear: trawls, fishing area: FAO 87 (Pacific Ocean).
The product contains fish, wheat gluten, milk and derived products (including lactose).
FRYING PAN:
Fry the frozen product in hot oil, approx. 6-8 minutes, both sides.
DEEP FRYER:
Fry the frozen product, approx. 6-7 minutes at 170 °C.
OVEN:
Preheat oven to 220 °C. Place the frozen product on bakery paper and bake approx. 12-15 minutes.
