Fish stuffing 65% (fish meat* 80%, water, breadcrumps (wheat flour, water, salt, yeast), potato flakes, wheat flour, salt, wheat fiber, pepper extract (contains whey)), breading 35% (wheat flour, rapeseed oil, water, salt, yeast, paprika extract).

A – Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua) FAO 27 sub-area: I, II, IV, V, XIV Barents Sea,
Norwegian Sea, Spitsbergen and Bear Island, North Sea, East Greenland;
B – Haddock (Melanogrammus aeglefinus) FAO 27 sub-area: I, II, Va Barents Sea,
Norwegian Sea, Iceland waters;
C – Saithe (Pollachius virens) FAO 27 sub-area: I, II, V Barents Sea, Norwegian Sea, Spitsbergen and Bear Island, Iceland and Faroe Islands.
The product contains fish, wheat gluten, milk and derived products (including lactose).
FRYING PAN:
Fry the frozen product in hot oil, approx. 6-8 minutes, both sides.
DEEP FRYER:
Fry the frozen product, approx. 4-6 minutes at 170 °C.
OVEN:
Preheat oven to 220 °C. Place the frozen product on bakery paper and bake approx. 12-15 minutes.
