BAKEFISH IN ITALIAN STYLE
Tender cubes of skinless white fish fillet baked under a vegetable layer of juicy tomatoes and soft zucchini. Seasoned with aromatic garlic, fresh basil, and salt. After baking, the fish remains tender and slightly springy, while the vegetables create a delicate, creamy sauce. A perfect dish for a flavorful and light meal full of natural ingredients.



Ingredients: Fillet cubes of white fish* 50 %, vegetables in variable proportions 41 % (tomato, zucchini), rapeseed oil, wheat flour, minced garlic, salt, dried basil. *Fish species classified under the following letter code: A – Pollock (Gadus chalcogrammus); B – Saithe (Pollachius virens); C – Haddok (Melanogrammus aeglefinus). Despite the greatest care and strict production control, the product may contain fish bones. The product may contain molluscs, crustaceans, milk (including lactose).

IN THE OVEN: Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Bake the frozen product in the tray removed from the carton for approximately 25-35 minutes.
IN THE MICROWAVE: Prepare the frozen product in the tray removed from the carton for approximately 13- 15 minutes at 600 W.
IN THE AIR FRYER: Prepare the frozen product in the tray removed from the carton for approx. 30-35 minutes at 160 °C.
Due to the differences in heating equipment, the above information should be regarded as a guide to achieving a temperature of 75 °C inside the product.
