Despite the greatest care and strict production control, the product may contain fish bones. The product may contain molluscs, crustaceans.

IN THE OVEN: Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Bake the frozen product in the tray removed from the carton for approximately 25-35 minutes.
IN THE MICROWAVE: Prepare the frozen product in the tray removed from the carton for approximately 13- 15 minutes at 600 W.
IN THE AIR FRYER: Prepare the frozen product in the tray removed from the carton for approx. 30-35 minutes at 160 °C.
Due to the differences in heating equipment, the above information should be regarded as a guide to achieving a temperature of 75 °C inside the product.
