BAKEFISH WITH SPINACH SAUCE

Fillet cubes of white fish*, without skin 50 %, spinach sauce 44 %: Frozen spinach, water, cream (cream, stabiliser: carrageenan), sauce base (skimmed milk powder, potato starch, whole milk powder, wheat flour, tapioca, wheat starch, potato fibre, spice extracts [nutmeg, black and white pepper], spices – nutmeg), frozen onion, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, salt, yeast), lemon pepper (salt, corn, onion, sugar, black pepper, lemon peel, citric acid, white pepper turmeric, turmeric extract) ,salt, minced garlic, topping 6 %: panko (wheat flour, water, yeast, salt), rapeseed oil. *Fish species classified under the following letter code: A – Pollock (Gadus chalcogrammus), B – Saithe (Pollachius virens), C – Haddok (Melanogrammus aeglefinus). Despite the greatest care and strict production control, the product may contain fish bones. The product may contain molluscs, soya, celery, mustard.

IN THE OVEN: Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Bake the frozen product in the tray removed from the carton for approximately 25-35 minutes.

IN THE MICROWAVE: Prepare the frozen product in the tray removed from the carton for approximately 13- 15 minutes at 600 W.

IN THE AIR FRYER: Prepare the frozen product in the tray removed from the carton for approx. 30-35 minutes at 160 °C.

Due to the differences in heating equipment, the above information should be regarded as a guide to achieving a temperature of 75 °C inside the product.
