
Ingredients
- package of hake or cod fillets
- semi-dry white wine, 350 ml
- tablespoon of butter
- half an onion
- teaspoon of tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of 18 % cream
- pinch of salt
- pinch of lemon pepper
- oil
Hake in white sauce
Preparation
- Thaw the hake fillets, rinse, dry and cut into pieces.
- Sprinkle with salt and lemon pepper.
- Prepare the sauce: chop the onion and fry in melted butter, then add white wine.
- Bring to a boil and boil until about half of the wine has evaporated.
- Then add the mixed concentrate with cream.
- Fry the sliced and seasoned fillets in a frying pan in a small amount of olive oil.
- While frying, add the sauce and simmer covered for about 5-7 minutes until the fish is tender.
We recommend serving with a salad and blanched finely chopped vegetables. Enjoy!
