
Ingredients
- mules 1 kg
- oil 100 ml
- two cloves of garlic
- one onion
- ¾ cup dry white wine
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- parsley
Mules cooked in a wine sauce
Preparation
- Heat the oil in a pot, fry the onion, add the garlic, stir.
- Then add the cleaned mules and wine.
- Cook covered, shaking the pot a few times until the moules open.
- Cook uncovered for a while, add parsley, stir and season with salt and pepper.
- Discard the closed shells.
- Serve the finished mules hot right out of the pot.
We recommend serving with a baguette previously toasted in the oven with garlic butter. Greetings!
