Mules cooked in a wine sauce

Ingredients

  • mules 1 kg
  • oil 100 ml
  • two cloves of garlic
  • one onion
  • ¾ cup dry white wine
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • parsley

Preparation

  1. Heat the oil in a pot, fry the onion, add the garlic, stir.
  2. Then add the cleaned mules and wine.
  3. Cook covered, shaking the pot a few times until the moules open.
  4. Cook uncovered for a while, add parsley, stir and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Discard the closed shells.
  6. Serve the finished mules hot right out of the pot.

We recommend serving with a baguette previously toasted in the oven with garlic butter. Greetings!
