Pollock in sweet and sour sauce

Ingredients

  • fillets of pollock
  • spicy ketchup 400 ml
  • jar of canned peppers
  • can of peaches
  • 1-2 onions
  • flour
  • oil (for frying)
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Thaw fish fillets, rinse and dry.
  2. Prepare sauce: fry chopped onions in oil, add chopped peppers and peaches. Add peach juice and ketchup. Simmer everything over low heat while frying the fish.
  3. Fry the fish fillets: Sprinkle the thawed and drained pollock fillets with salt, coat them in flour and fry them in oil for about 7-10 minutes. After making sure that the fillets are already fried, place on a plate or platter and pour the sauce over them.

Delicious in both hot and cold versions. Enjoy!
