
Ingredients
- fillets of pollock
- spicy ketchup 400 ml
- jar of canned peppers
- can of peaches
- 1-2 onions
- flour
- oil (for frying)
- salt
Pollock in sweet and sour sauce
Preparation
- Thaw fish fillets, rinse and dry.
- Prepare sauce: fry chopped onions in oil, add chopped peppers and peaches. Add peach juice and ketchup. Simmer everything over low heat while frying the fish.
- Fry the fish fillets: Sprinkle the thawed and drained pollock fillets with salt, coat them in flour and fry them in oil for about 7-10 minutes. After making sure that the fillets are already fried, place on a plate or platter and pour the sauce over them.
Delicious in both hot and cold versions. Enjoy!
