
Ingredients
- white or cocktail shrimp
- several cloves of fresh garlic
- 2-3 tablespoons of butter
- parsley
- sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Shrimp in Garlic butter
Preparation
- Thaw the shrimp, rinse and dry.
- In a frying pan, heat the butter. Add chopped garlic and thawed shrimp. We fry everything for about 3 – 5 minutes.
- While frying, add chopped parsley and season the dish with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Serve the shrimp hot straight from the pan.
We recommend serving with a baguette previously toasted in the oven with garlic butter. Enjoy!
