Shrimp in Garlic butter

Ingredients

  • white or cocktail shrimp
  • several cloves of fresh garlic
  • 2-3 tablespoons of butter
  • parsley
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Thaw the shrimp, rinse and dry.
  2. In a frying pan, heat the butter. Add chopped garlic and thawed shrimp. We fry everything for about 3 – 5 minutes.
  3. While frying, add chopped parsley and season the dish with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
  4. Serve the shrimp hot straight from the pan.

We recommend serving with a baguette previously toasted in the oven with garlic butter. Enjoy!
