Zander with rice and black sesame

Ingredients

  • zander fillets
  • rice 200 g
  • salt and pepper
  • butter 50 g
  • black sesame 2 tbsp
  • lime

Preparation

  1. Thaw the zander fillets, rinse and dry.
  2. Cut the thawed fillets into pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a frying pan and fry the fish over low heat for about 5-10 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, cook the rice loose.
  5. After making sure the zander is well fried, place in a bowl with the cooked rice, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and drizzle with lime juice.

We recommend serving Asian style along with a seaweed salad. Enjoy!
