
Ingredients
- zander fillets
- rice 200 g
- salt and pepper
- butter 50 g
- black sesame 2 tbsp
- lime
Zander with rice and black sesame
Preparation
- Thaw the zander fillets, rinse and dry.
- Cut the thawed fillets into pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a frying pan and fry the fish over low heat for about 5-10 minutes.
- In the meantime, cook the rice loose.
- After making sure the zander is well fried, place in a bowl with the cooked rice, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and drizzle with lime juice.
We recommend serving Asian style along with a seaweed salad. Enjoy!
